SHIPMENTS & RETURNS
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 WORKING days after receipt of payment into our bank account and are shipped via your chosen method of service.
PLEASE NOTE that during busy periods and depending on the size of the order, we may take up to 3 working days before we dispatch your order. Kindly inform us if your shipment is extremely urgent in order for us to advise on a timeline.
We also offer a courier shipping option (we use The Courier Guy and Aramex) Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow an extra day for delivery in an outlying area.
Irrespective of the shipping choice- courier, Post Office or pick-up from our factory- the preparation time will stay the same as mentioned above.
Transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. We take extra care when packing and all items are checked prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will do all we can to rectify the problem.
The tracking of the parcel is your responsibility , although we will assist by contacting the PO and Courier services via email on your behalf should you not be able to. We strongly advise that you supply your Post Office with the tracking number as they very often do not send out notifications.
We do not take responsibility for unclaimed or undeliverable parcels. In the event of unclaimed parcels returned to us, the tax and re-mailing charge, will be for your account.
Lost parcels are not common, but in the event, we do not take responsibility.
