SHIPMENTS & RETURNS

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 WORKING days after receipt of payment into our bank account and are shipped via your chosen method of service.

PLEASE NOTE that during busy periods and depending on the size of the order, we may take up to 3 working days before we dispatch your order. Kindly inform us if your shipment is extremely urgent in order for us to advise on a timeline.

We offer an own collection or a courier shipping option (we use The Courier Guy and for rural areas, Aramex) Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow extra time for delivery in an outlying area.

Transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment and the destination. If there is a surcharge for your delivery address (farm, mine rural area, etc, etc) we will advise the extra fee which will be for your account. shipment will be delayed until payment has been received in full. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot guarantee that distinct orders will be shipped as one parcel and duplicate shipping fees may apply.

Your package is always collected/despatched entirely at your own risk. We take extra care when packing and all items are checked prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will do all we can to rectify the problem.

The tracking of the parcel is your responsibility, although we will assist when possible.

Our preferred couriers have an excellent track record and delivery problems are not common, but in the event, we do not take responsibility for delivery delays or losses. 

We strongly advise that you avoid the postal service as lost parcels and long delays often occur. 

We do not take responsibility for redirected, unclaimed or undeliverable parcels. In the event of undelivered parcels being returned to us, all related fees, will be for your account.
