Your attention is drawn to the importance of using the correct bank details for EFTs. Our bank details are:

We accept no responsibility for EFTs made to other bank accounts.
Foreign currencies are not accepted as valid payments and we accept no liability for any costs or charges incurred.
Goods are shipped only after receipt of payment in full into our bank account.
Please use your name and order number as your payment reference and (optionally) email your Proof of Payment to firstname.lastname@example.org to expedite the preparation of your order. )
Foreign transactions and currencies.
We are not currently setup to accept, process or ship international orders and/or foreign currencies in payment. If you wish to place an order from a foreign country or using a foreign currency in payment, kindly ask for a manual quotation before placing an order or making any payment to us.

Our third-party payment processor is Payfast who use the highest level of SLL Encryption in processing your payment.

Clayologie™ collects personal information about our customers and the recipient only when our customers voluntarily provide it.
